Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/Rescheduling
Clients that cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will be subject to a 20% fee of all services booked.
If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, you will incur a non-refundable 20% fee. If the appointment is rescheduled, a 20% fee will be charged to the payment method on file and will be used towards your next appointment. If the card on file is unable to process your payment, you will be banned from online booking and will be required to provide a 50% deposit when contacting the salon to rebook.
If you reschedule more than once in a week, your 20% fee will be forfeited and you will be banned from online booking.
No shows will result in a 50% fee of scheduled services and you will also be banned from online booking.
By scheduling an appointment with DermaHab Inc. you agree to the cancellation/rescheduling policy above and will not hold Dermahab Inc. responsible for any chargebacks/disputes.
